Welcome to The Law Firm Incubator.
Over the last 15 plus years, I have had one focus. Helping attorneys turn law firms into profit generating machines.
I have worked with firms of every shape and size, from pure solo practices to 100+ attorneys, across a wide range of practice areas. I have served as both an in house executive and an outside consultant. No matter the setting, the goal was always the same.
Make the firm more profitable, more efficient, and less dependent on any one person. Along the way, I saw the same pattern repeat itself. Talented attorneys who cared deeply about their clients were trying to grow without a business blueprint. They relied on random referrals instead of predictable client systems, carried the entire firm on their shoulders, and had no time left to think like owners.
I created The Law Firm Incubator to change that. This program brings together the strategies, frameworks, and support that have consistently worked inside real firms. Through focused bootcamps, ongoing coaching, fractional executives, and done for you services, my goal is to help you build a firm that grows on purpose and runs on systems.
