Over the last 13 plus years, I have had one focus. Helping attorneys turn law firms and legal departments into real businesses. Not just jobs with nicer titles.
I have worked with firms of every shape and size, from solo practices to organizations with more than 300 attorneys, and across a wide range of practice areas. I have served as both an in house executive and an outside consultant. No matter the setting, the goal was always the same.
Make the firm more profitable, more efficient, and less dependent on any one person. Along the way, I saw the same pattern repeat itself. Talented attorneys who cared deeply about their clients were trying to grow without a business blueprint. They relied on random referrals instead of predictable client systems, carried the entire firm on their shoulders, and had no time left to think like owners.
I created The Law Firm Incubator to change that. This program brings together the strategies, frameworks, and support that have consistently worked inside real firms.
